Who is responsible

Avega Games Limited, a company registered in the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC), Kazakhstan, is responsible for the personal information it uses to handle enquiries about this project. Contact: avegagameskz@gmail.com.

Information involved

If you email us, we receive your email address and any name, company details, message or attachments you choose to send. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you to reply. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal information unless we specifically request them through an appropriate channel.

When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as your IP address, requested URL, request time and browser or device information, to deliver and protect the site.

Why information is used

We use enquiries to reply, discuss investment, publishing or partnership opportunities, and manage related correspondence. Technical request information is used to operate the site and protect it against abuse. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing is based on legitimate interests in communication and website operation, steps you request before a contract, or legal obligations. Where consent is required, it must be obtained separately; simply visiting this site is not blanket consent.

Service providers and transfers

The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. Our contact mailbox uses Google Gmail. These providers may process information on infrastructure outside Kazakhstan and the AIFC. Their handling of information is described in the Cloudflare privacy policy and Google privacy policy. Those policies supplement this notice and do not replace our responsibilities.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Cookies and website features

This version of the site has no accounts, contact forms, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Its fonts and artwork are served locally. We do not use cookies or browser storage to remember your language: the language switch opens a separate page. Cloudflare may use necessary security technologies or cookies when its protection features are triggered.

How long information is kept

Correspondence is kept for the period needed to handle the enquiry and related follow-up. If it becomes part of a business relationship, legal obligation or claim, relevant records may need to be kept longer. The period depends on the purpose and applicable requirements; we do not set a single fixed period for all enquiries. Providers retain their operational information under their own service arrangements and policies.

Your requests and rights

You can contact us to ask about your information or request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, as applicable under the law. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations or the rights of others. We may need information to verify your identity and locate the relevant correspondence.

You may also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority, including the AIFC Commissioner of Data Protection, where applicable.

Other websites have their own privacy practices. If we add forms, analytics, accounts or other data-processing features, this notice will be updated and any required choices or consents will be provided.
